Why do you have the Inspections in the fall? If the purpose is to get the rigs claen and ready for something, why not have them in the spring when you can clean the winter dirt off the rigs and get them ready for parade season.

For the most part the Inspections are alot different down in Westchester then up here. Although most departments do clean the apparatus for " inspection" its not as anal as it is in Putnam.
