1238hrs B18 requesting 2 additional trucks above all hands. Bronx dispatch reporting numerous apartments to be searched

1239hrs Div 7 transmitting 10-77

1243hrs Dispatch reporting numerous calls for people trapped 13, 14 floors and roof

1245hrs Div 7 transmitting 2nd Alarm for heavy smoke throughout. Numerous people trapped

1249hrs Div 7 reports fire in basement. Heavy smoke throughout

1252hrs Dispatch advising more calls for people trapped throughout and a woman pregant and down on 19th

1253hrs Dispatch advising fall back step 3

1255hrs Dispatch now reports people near or out window on 13th and 24th. Unknown exposure side

1259hrs Dispatch reports to Car 6 that fire was in compactor room in basement with heavy smoke throughout. Bronx and Manhattan is in fall back step 3

1302hrs Progress report: 30 story 150x150 heavy fire in compact room, heavy smoke throughout. Dispatch still has numerous apartments to check

1312hrs Batt 19 requesting 2 adittional trucks ( L19 and L167 acting 38).

1313hrs Batt 38 is Air Recon with a 3min ETA. MSU on scene

1327hrs Car 6 reports searches still on the way in apartments above. main body of fire is k/d. Fire is doubtful probably will hold

1328hrs Dispatch advising still getting some calls from above. 23rd floor for someone requesting oxygen.

1338hrs Car 6 reports smoke is clearing on floors above. primay searches are negative. The building is being broken up into 4 sections and each section being assigned to a Batt. to conduct secondary. EMS is treating approx 25 pts. Duration is 1hr and 8mins

1359hrs Car 6 reports all secondary searches are complete and negative. Fire under control. Duration is 1hr and 30mins. Rescue 3 is 10-8
