Flooded roadways complicated response. units arrived on scene, they found smoe & fire showing, andthe area around the house severly flooded, with water up to seven feet.

(Unknown Time) Primary search team found 1 male in upstairs bedroom and brought out in cardiac arrest, turned over to BLS on scene, and succumed to his injuries
