Correct address is 22 Zerner Blvd (as opposed to Zinner). The owner of the house made it out ok, after initial reports that he might be trapped inside.

there was one occupant in the house while first in crews made an agressive search of the fire floor the occupant who was sleeping downstairs, was awakened by all the commotion he heard above him walked out of the basement and was eventually transported to the hospital

I had just returned from Rombouts call for a vehicle upside down in the Fishkill Creek (Will post photo's of same) and this came in......Here are a few images I took of EFFD's "can job"...... If you weren't there quickly, there wasn't much to see..... Hope I did this right.....
