Danbury, CT Rescue?

I know the City of Danbury ordered a new Pierce rescue/command unit. Any word on its dovelopment and/or where/how its going to be deployed? I heard it will not be a fully staffed unit, though I could be wrong. Anybody have any insight on what exactly it may be carrying? Any information (or pictures) would be appreciated.
