Hate to say it, but with the way it is painted white with a red stripe, it looks like a Suburban Propane truck at a quick glance.

That rig has a near twin in Elizabeth (but available to all of Union County), a rig carrying 12 inch hose and another thousand odd gallons of Foam! I guess the Ports justify these rigs! THanks for sharing the photos!
