False Alarms In Tri-Village Area

Hey gang just want to give you all a heads up (Tri-Village, Croton, Peekskill) we have been getting calls reported from a person named "John Holmes" this is the third call that this person has "called" in that was a flase alarm. I just wanted to give you all a heads up about this situation. NYSP and WCPD are supposed to be looking into this situation. They have been trying to record this person calling in. Has anyone elses department been experincing situations like this?
