Description Of Incident: Hartsdale E-170 was on scene working a two-car MVA when a Town Of Greenburgh Rear-Loading Refuse Packer (#19) pulled up with smoke and flames showing from the packer body. Truck 19 emptied it's load onto Central Ave during the busy morning rush, where it was wet down and picked apart, before being scooped up by Greenburgh DPW Payloader 4 (w/ claw) and placed in Truck 49 for removal from scene.
