Hmmm sounds like a situation I had today at work. A lady called wanting an ambulance to go to the hospital to pick up her 101 yr old mother. I tried explaining to her that the 911 ambulances don't transport from the hospital to your house. I then got the lovely I'm a taxpayer speech.
