I Know we cover this several times and I was hope to get new members ideas as long as some of the older members ideas on training topic to start for the new year. I am trying to get a positive year for our dept and get more training because of the lack of fires and call all around.

Any Ideas would be great

Irishfire I'm not familiar with Verplanck but do you have hydrants? If so why not some basic stuff like that or water supply op's ?
