I know that the topic of Officer Qualifications has been discussed before. But no one ever talked about their Safety Officer Qualifications. All the old posts they talk about the qualifications for Lt., Capt., Asst. Chiefs, and Chiefs. What is your Department Safety Officer Qualifications?

NFPA has standards for safety Officer. apparently there is not a need for Saftey Officers ther have been several cancellations of state safety Officers courses the last few months
