It never ceases to amaze me, the number of people who use 911 for non-emergency calls.

"is it okay to work on a pickup in the street"

The dispatchers handled the calls professionally.

This is an issue all of our call-takers deal with, apparently on a never-ending basis.

Did I really hear one of the fire departments complain that they "weren't warned about these tornados"? WOW.

Kudos to the dispatchers for remaining calm and professional.
