I don't know anything about the first video, but I'd have to say that I completely agree with this "gentleman" on his second video. Equal opportunity should mean just that. Standards should not be lowered because minorities and/or women cannot meet them. Any woman or minority that can do the job is more than welcome, they just better be able to DO THE JOB.
