Old E One finds new life!

Found this engine at a small construction site near my condo complex. Probably being used just for water supply.

Its a 1977 E One but has no other markings except for "75" that is still visible on the front under the windshield.

There were no construction workers around today to ask about it but if I find out any more info I will definitely post it here.

It could be from anywhere but I was wondering if there was a small chance that someone might recognize it?

Thats North White Plains old Engine 75 I believe.

Is that a parking ticket on the windshield wiper? haha jk

It is. It is in great shape when you get up next to it. Especially for a 30 year old rig.

If I'm correct it went out of service last year after the new 75 was fully in commision
