Larchmont Police Chief Steven Rubeo retiring in August

LARCHMONT - The village's police chief of seven years is retiring in August.

Chief Steven Rubeo, an attorney, will be moving to Connecticut, according to a July 10 internal memo from Mayor Liz Feld made public yesterday.
