One BIG reason you should not try and beat a firetruck

IMHO, in viewing this video it appears the fire truck driver is at fault:

1) Fire Engine's direction of travel appears to have the red light.

2) There is also what appears to be a stop sign.

3) Fire truck makes no effort to stop and make sure it is clear before proceeding.

The motorcycle might be a little at fault for going through the intersection quickly, but if the engine had slowed down to make sure there is no approaching traffic, a potentially fatal accident could have been avoided.

second that, they firetruck driver made no attempt to proceed through the intersection with caution. i wouldn't note the motorbike at any fault for this, but an off the record note would be for him to be more cautious on his bike or any biker.

know what got me? if you look at the very end the guy from the bike actually gets up and walks to his bike. after bouncing like he did I was suprised to say the least
