what type of building was this? how many stories and where in the city is that? like what is it by the mall or what?

i think it's 18 stories and it's near Mamaroneck Ave. & MLK Blvd.

saw some footage on news 12. looked like they just hooked the guys up to their ropes and pulled them up, didnt send anyone down to tie onto them. Couldnt really tell too much though.

Anyone have further details on how they actually executed the rescue, ie. sent a man down harnessed them up and then took them up with one of their guys being the last to be brought back up or did they just attach them and pull them up?
