City of White Plains 2 New Engines

From today's Journal News LN section:

City of White Plains has approved $575,000 for the purchase of 2 pumpers. Bids for the bodies on those pumpers are due by 11/24.

Guessing by the overall price that these will be another pair of commercial chassis

Is it safe to venture a guess that these new pumpers will replace the two 1991 Ford/Sutphen pumpers, engines 68 and 72?
