did anyone hear about the second working fire at 1020 hope st while 1 company was still at the fireside fire ?

I thought the address was different... but it was a fire in the boiler room, didn't get beyond "Working Fire" as far as units to the scene...

The correct address was 1008 Hope Street and it was a fire in the boiler room of a dry cleaners. Engine 7 was returning from getting fuel when dispatched so the were right in front of the building.

Quick knockdown by engine 7 averted another possible building fire

2 fires on the same night with in a block or 2 wow talk about odd nice job on the 2nd one and nice pics on the first one

STAMFORD - Police are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of anyone involved in setting the blaze that destroyed the Fireside Restaurant building in Springdale last month. The fire was determined to be arson after a police dog detected combustible material at the scene and an analysis of evidence conducted by the state police crime lab....
