Looks very nice, good luck. 2 questions:

1) What was the reason for 3 high anchor points (most go with only 2)?

2) What is the plan for the walk in. I see lots of AC outlets and other wiring.

That seems like a very dark red, do they run more of a maroon colour or is it just the light??

The red that we have recently gone to is a darker red, its not the light.
