y didn't they go to ardsley for a mutal aid engine instead of 1 and 1 from elmsford? they would clean elmsford out

elmsford has 2 engines and 2 trucks leaving them 1 and 1, and the current mutual aid plan is 1 and 1 from elmsford on the 3rd alarm or on the 2nd alarm 1 and 1 to cover, they can back fill just as every other department as is necessary, with regard to hartsdale calling for m/a a call to white plains or yonkers would be much more likely as the alarm asignments are increased. also in the past hartsdale will and has called dobbs Ferry tl 23 to cover. a reason 4 this is it leaves ardsley to cover elmsford and dobbs if needed. also dobbs's tower ladder is a 95 foot tower this it can reach the tops of the apartment buildings on hartsdale ave.
