12 Inch hose

Has anyone heard or have any information on 12 inch supply hose? I've heard that somewhere down in New Jersey near Jersey City they have it, but have been unable to find any more information. Supposedly there are a couple hose wagons that have this hose in neighboring towns as well.

The system Bobby is talking about is the Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) program that has the hose reel trucks, satelite monitor wagons, roll-off pump and other pieces, which is essentially a giant statewide version of the old FDNY Super Pumper system.
