Does anyone know what might be going on near Academy Street on the East Bound Arterial. On my way home from work I just past an area with crime scene tape all set up and a bunch of Police units. As I was driving by the City Of Poughkeepsie Crime Scene Van was pulling up. Just curious as to what was going on.
