Departments: Clark County FD, Bullhead City FD, Las Vegas Metro PD, Nevada Highway Patrol, AMR

Description: A car whose driver evidently had a medical emergency went through the front door of the Edgewater Casino this morning and killed 2 patrons and injured approximately 10, including the driver. Per reports the car took out 3-4 banks of slot machines.
