Description Of Incident: White Plains dispatched to I-287 E/B MM 6.4 for a MVA w/ injuries. Callback from the tolls states MM 7.2, possible vehicle in the water. Purchase was dispatched due to the updated location and given the update. Units found a SUV that rolled over the guardrail and down the ravine approx. 75-100'. Members from both departments coordinated to remove the one trapped victim.
