Location: Moscow Subway System, Lubyanka Station (Directly below FSB headquarters) and Park Kultury Station.

Description: 2 female suicide bombers detonated devices inside subway trains. 1st device detonated at 0800 Moscow time, 2nd device around 0840

Believed at this time to be an attack on behalf of the Chechen separatists, possibly a group known as the "Black Widows"

NY MTA has announced "heightened security presence" as a result of this attack.
