Rye switching to 60

FYI Rye will be dispatched by 60 control on June 1. What we have been doing is the Ladder Chauffeur has been dispatching and then turning over phones and radio to 60. June 1 they will take over completely.

Way to go, finally! It'll be a good day when the WHOLE county, save for a couple of the big depts, are dispatched by one agency instead of this piece meal practice. Could you imagine if every firehouse in New York City dispatched themselves? We need some swifter inter dept workability.
