just wondering why l51 didn't respond and t14 did? is the ladder out of serivce or something?

I'm pretty sure that area has no hydrants. First rule of firefighting - Water Source. I'm sure the ladder would have been next on the road

It has been posted in past IA guidelines that we tend to stay away from non-structural incidents (chimney, oven, stove, boiler, electrical, car, small rubbish, small brush, etc.) that have no extension. Reason being, if we posted these it would fill up the IA Forum and subsequent memory space for relatively "minor" jobs.

This is certainly not to take away from the job any department does at these alarms.
