Description Of Incident: Two suspects carjack victim at gunpoint in the area of 19 Seton Avenue in Mount Vernon, at the Bronx border. NYPD spots suspects, attempt to stop the suspect vehicle and are involved in a vehicle pursuit in the Bronx back into Mount Vernon. The suspect vehicle crashes and a foot pursuit ensues. A large perimeter is then set up. One suspect arrested in front of house on South 12th Avenue, other suspect arrested in the rear of a house on South 12th Avenue, both inside the perimeter.
