Date: 12-18-2010<BR>Time: 00:20<BR>Location: Sprain Brook Parkway NB south of Jackson Ave.<BR>Frequency: 60-Control; Fairview FD, TMC, YPD, GPD, WCPD<BR>Units Operating: Fairview FD; NYSP; GPD EMS; ESU 15; Greenville FD; Yonkers PD; Empress EMS, Westchester County PD Aviation<BR>Weather Conditions: Cold, dry<BR>Description Of Incident: MVA with unconscious party and possible extrication.<BR>Reporters: PFDRes47cue, helicopper<BR>Writer: PFDRes47cue, helicopper<BR><BR>00:20 - Fairview FD dispatched for MVA at above location with possible extrication.<BR>Westchester County Aviation on scene - notified both Greenburgh PD and TMC that accident is south of Jackson Avenue exit.<BR>00:22 - 60-Control to Fairview FD "Per NYSP on-scene, 1 unconscious party." Location is south of Jackson Ave exit NB<BR>00:30 - Rescue 3 advising HQ to notify Yonkers FD. It is way south we are not going to be able to access it from Jackson Ave. We need to access it from Tuckahoe Rd.<BR>00:32 - 60-Control to Fairview FD reporting that as per NYSP, there is one party in cardiac arrest, Greenville FD and Yonkers FD have been notified.<BR>CPR by State Police and bystanders in progress. Aviation notified YPD of conditions and location. ESU, 1st Pct Units, and 1st Pct Sgt responding.<BR>00:36 - Engine 174 O/L with CPR in progress, no other FD's O/L. 60-control advises Fairview, they are updating other agencies and obtaining ETA's.<BR>00:37 - 60-Control advising NYSP all lanes shut down, incoming units access at Jackson Ave, come SB in NB lanes.<BR>00:39 - Rescue 3 advising 60-Control that parkway is not closed down advise NYSP to shut down all lanes.<BR>00:40 - Rescue 3 is O/L. NYSP reporting all lanes are now shut down.<BR>00:43 - Rescue 3 advising Fairview HQ to contact Greenville because they have not responded to this scene and rescue 3 is establishing SBP command.<BR>00:43 - Fairview HQ advising SPB command that Greenville and Yonkers have 2 minute ETA. <BR><BR>

EMS transporting traumatic arrest to WMC. YPD ESU onboard assisting with treatment. Truck enroute to WMC to pick up officers.

Yonkers PD closing parkway northbound at Tuckahoe Road. All traffic being directed off at that exit. Traffic caught between Tuckahoe Road and the accident scene being turned around to exit at Tuckahoe.

Victim pronounced at WMC-ER. State Police BCI and accident reconstruction unit responding for investigation.
