What make and model of LED Light is this?

I have a video of an Ohio DOT dumptruck and was wondering what type of LED Light it has on top of it? It appears to be a small beacon with a flash pattern that rotates like a halogen beacon would. Heres the link to my Flickr for the video -->

i have seen con ed trucks around here in Westchester/NYC area that have those lights as well.

Correct.....if you purchase with the ScanLock feature then the flash patterns are programable. If you look at the posters link to Whelen you will see all the patterns listed that you can program into the lighthead.
