"Speeders"-How Can It Be Real?

Has anyone watched an episode or two of the TV show "Speeders", on "TruTV".

I don't know how this show can be real, or what department would let it's officers participate in this. They not only mock the officer, they mock the traffic law.

I know this network puts out scripted shows they try to pass over as real, like "Operation Repo", but I doubt they would name an officer and a department for this show. They've had departmetns from NY, IL, CA, NJ, etc featured.
