18:39hrs. - Battalion 13 reporting 2 L/S/O's w/truck companies opening up. Fire is DWH.

18:57hrs. - Division 7 requesting an additional engine and 2 additional trucks S/C. All searches negative. Fire is k/d. in originating apartment w/extension to Exposure # 4. Fire remains DWH.

19:02hrs. - Division 7 reporting fire is PWH.

19:13hrs. - Division 7 reporting 1 10-45(Code 3).

19:24hrs. - Field Comm. 1/Car 4D(AC) has command. Car 4D(AC) reporting all searches in both buildings negative. Fire remains PWH.

19:26hrs. - Car 4D(AC) placing fire u/c.

23:22hrs. - Field Comm. 1/Car 11(DC) reporting fire was on the mezzanine level of the theater. Fire in now probably will hold.
