Description: Conditions Are Favorable For The Rapid Spread Of Brush Fires From 11 AM Until 7 PM EDT Today... .Strong Northwest To West Winds And Low Relative Humidity Will Create Critical Fire Weather Conditions. ...Red Flag Warning In Effect From 11 AM This Morning To 7 PM EDT This Evening... The National Weather Service In Upton Has Issued A Red Flag Warning...Which Is In Effect From 11 AM This Morning To 7 PM EDT This Evening. A Combination Of High Pressure Northwest Of The Great Lakes And Low Pressure Northeast Of New England Will Continue. Strong Northwest To West Winds Of 15 To 20 Mph With Gusts Of 25-30 Mph Will Reinforce Very Dry Air In Place. The Relative Humidity Is Forecast To Fall Below 30 Percent Area Wide By 11 AM. With No Rain During The Past 3 Days...The Ground Has Rapidly Dried. These Conditions Will Aid In The Rapid Spread Of Brush Fires...If Any Develop. Please Use Extra Precautions.
