If the guy was drunk enough, it is possible he thought he was a dog. Therefore, the dog may have confused Ryan by barking at him. Ryan may have thought the dog was trying to communicate with him.

The dog is considered a Police Officer, and if you walked up to a cop and barked and hissed at him you would probably get the same. At least a trip for a pyschiatric evaluation.

Would have been great if dummy tried to pet him through the window. Bingo would have sharpened his teeth on the nit wits fingers.
