Special REMSCO Meeting

Just got notice of a special Westchester REMSCO meeting to be held July 14th @ 5:30pm. Topic to be discussed is that of "The conversion of a municipal certificate of need (CON) to a regular CON is to be considered (NYS PHL Article 30 Action)".

Anyone know who is seeking to have a Muni-CON converted to regular?
