EMS Units Operating: 65B1, 70B2, 45M1, 45M2, 45M3

Weather Conditions: Light rain

Description Of Incident: Serious two-car head-on MVA w/ confirmed entrapments x2

18:30 - E199, R10, MA9, KBHVAC & 45M1 dispatched for serious MVA w/ possible pin.

18:31 - 45M2 responding as a backup Medic.

18:32 - 2033 responding, 60 advising a caller stated it may be a fatality.

18:33 - 2033 responding.

18:35 - 2033 on location, confirmed pin.

18:39 - 45M3 responding, 3rd Medic.

18:42 - Command requesting a 2nd Ambulance, Mount Kisco dispatched (KBHVAC 2nd rig is OOS).

19:01 - Command reports patients extricated, in care of EMS.

19:04 - 70B2 ALS to WMC.

19:14 - 65B2 ALS to WMC. 45M3 going in service, responding to another incident in Mount Kisco.
