Description Of Incident: Reports of an overturned tugboat with people in the water. Units on scene had trouble confirming total number of victims. Units later found that three people were on the tugboat. Units later confirmed that 3 people were on the boat. All victims were rescued and accounted for. Incident placed U/C @ 17:32.
