Description Of Incident: Engine 31 o/s reporting a 2-story wood-frame P/D fully-involved on the "A" side. 1 & 1 w/an additional Ambulance S/C by Battalion 1 due to multiple reports of a structure fire and reports of a victim trapped. Battalion 1 transmitting a Working Fire for fire on the exterior. Numerous L/S/O's w/quick k/d. One victim and canine rescued and transported by paramedics to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.
