UFA Blasts Bloomberg Association

Uniform FireFighter Association leader Steve Cassidy enraged at Bloomberg Association for injured firefighters saying that because of budget cuts Engine 234 wasnt staffed right which could have prevented the injuries and probably would have had the fire out faster. Thoughts on this situation i'd like to know what you guys think on what was said and do you back his statement? Also do you think budget cuts were at fault or was it just a fast moving fire?
