Description Of Incident: Fire in rear of business in utility room

Call came in as working fire in above location. While enroute, dispatch reported patrol on scene confirming structure fire. Upon arrival smoke showing coming from gutter line of roof in rear of building. E2 and C2 aide entered front of premise and worked their way to the back. R2 entered from rear door. Units located fire near rear door in water heater/utility closet. Fire burned through closet door and up inside walls of closet. Quick K/D by E2. T2 set up aerial and checked for extension as well as set up ventilation. E1 quickly released from scene as well as T1 (RIT). No extension into cockloft or other establishments. Smoke had to be vented from several neighboring business though.
