Description Of Incident: Engine 33 returning to quarters from 2-159(2nd Alarm) transmitting a Still Alarm for a fire in a parking garage at 40 Dalton St. Engine 33 o/s transmitting Box 14-1568 for a transformer fire. Ladder 15 o/s transmitting a 2nd Alarm for Box 14-1568 for a transformer fire in the basement of a 4-story concrete building at 19 Scotia St. Companies evacuating surrounding buildings. 3rd Alarm transmitted for Box 14-1568 by Division 1(C6-DC-Comm.) for heavy fire conditions. Heavy fire in one large 115,000-volt energized transformer and one large de-energized transformer in sub-basement w/extension to boilers and a large 2,250-gal. fuel oil tank. Numerous L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. All searches negative w/no injuries reported. Power shut down to area.
