Long Island Fire Apparatus Expose

Quite a few years ago there was an article published about the staggering amount of fire apparatus on Long Island, and how it compared (in numbers) to 3 major cities, FDNY, LAFD, and one more I cannot think of, off the top of my head.

Is it published online somewhere anymore, I cannot find it?
