NYC Local Laws 5 and 26

I'm doing some research and I want to get more familiar with NYC Local Law 5 and 26. For some reason I'm having trouble finding up-to-date copies on the internet.

Anyone know of a place I can find current electronic copies of these two laws?

And Local Law 26 of 20__ which relates to building evacuation plans?
