Description Of Incident: Car 3(AC) o/s transmitting a Working Fire for smoke showing from a 2-story wood-frame duplex-style OMD. Fire on the 1st floor, rear, "C" side w/extension to the 2nd floor. 2 L/S/O's w/quick k/d. All hands working. All searches negative w/no injuries reported. One canine rescued from the 2nd floor. Incident occured at the same time as a Box Assignment for smoke condition on Barnum Ave. Ext.
