Description Of Incident: Three people shot, one seriously. Two transported to MVH, one to SSMC. Large crime scene, numerous units requested to secure scene and for crowd control. Aviation overhead providing illumination.

MVPD patrol unit reported hearing at least 10 gunshots.

ESU Lt. requested midnight tour turned out early for additional personnel. Numerous people entering crime scene on 3rd Street and 7th Avenue. ESU Lt. ordered ESU to secure the block and make arrests if people cross crime scene tape.
