Description Of Incident: Engine 21 o/s transmitting a Working Fire for heavy fire on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3-story wood-frame OMD half-way house. Battalion 5 transmitting a 2nd Alarm en route. Battalion 5 requesting 1 additional Truck S/C on the 2nd Alarm. Heavy fire throughout the main fire building w/extension to an exposure 2-story wood-frame P/D. 4 L/S/O's w/quick k/d. Truck Companies opening up. All hands working. Originally reported as a fire in the vicinity of 9 or 11 Grand St. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.

16:13hrs. - Battalion 5 requesting 1 additional F.A.S.T. S/C on the 2nd Alarm.

16:29hrs. - Battalion 5 reporting fire is k/d.
