Pa Yellow Dot Program

The state o Pennsylvania has started a new program called "The Yellow Dot Program"

The envelope will contain a file with the persons medical info & picture. This will be located in the persons car or on their person. You may see a yellow dot on the dash or front window.

NYS has something very similar. It has yet to catch on.
