Conditions: Dark, warm, raining

Initial reports: Fire and collapse of commercial building. Multiple reports of propane tanks in building. First-in OIC reported heavy smoke and collapse of 2-story portion of multi-level commercial building. Civilians reported explosion before collapse, now no visible fire. LWH.

My apologies! I'm recovering from surgery and fell asleep during a lull in the incident. Incident was U/C about 20 minutes after I posted it. A propane tank blew and collapsed part of the structure.
