Location: New Windsor Gardens apartments - Rt 9W

Units: NWFD, Vails Gate (full response), City of Newburgh, Cornwall, Cornwall-on-Hudson, Goodwill, NWPD, NWEMS

Description: 3rd Alarm in an occupied apartment complex

1518hrs (approx)-Bulk of the fire is k/d, starting to overhaul.
